Established in 1962 by the late Len Greggain, L. Greggain & Co Ltd have established themselves as one of the leading family run construction companies in Pembrokeshire.

Now run by managing director John Greggain, the company has expanded from its humble beginnings, undertaking ground and infrastructure works, into a fully self-sufficient development organisation, meeting the needs of his clients be it: Plant Hire, Civil Engineering, Restoration and the mainstay of the business Housing Development, all to their exacting standards.

Priding ourselves on the quality and care of work, attention to detail and customer service, we aim to provide the homes our clients dream of.

From the clearing of the ground to the handing over of the keys, all aspects of the construction phase are overseen or undertaken by a member of the family and our highly experienced team of skilled tradesmen, ensuring we constantly strive to deliver the perfect home.

This is now being strengthened within the Company, as the fourth generation of the family undertake professional training.

We work directly with our clients allowing them input during the construction of their new home, making it right first time.

L. Greggain & Co Ltd has worked very closely with the NHBC for over 40 years with no claims, allowing us to build a reputation second to none.

This has been recognised by the NHBC with multiple site manager Quality Awards, seal of Excellence Awards, Welsh Regional Awards and the crowning glory of the NHBC awards the Supreme Award, best site manager in the UK small builder category, as well as also achieving the Supreme runner-up award and at present we are the raining Welsh Regional Award winners 2019.
